"How to Use External Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)"
1. Open a blank document in any text editing program, then write out your styles as if you were writing code in the <style> tag. (Just like an internal style sheet) ( Side Note* Make sure not to write any HTML. )
--------------
" For example:
body {
background-color : #fff;
color : #0c0;
} "
--------------
2. Once you have written your style sheet in your text editor save the file as a .css file.
3. Now its time to link your external css sheet in your HTML! ( You link the External CSS with the <link> tag. )
4. The <link> tag resides in the "head" of your html doc. Use this code to link to your style sheet.
--------------
href="/URL of your stylesheet"
rel="stylesheet"
type="text/css"
--------------
5. Your done!
Side Notes:
*All three of these "attributes" are key to making sure your stylesheet works correctly.
*Every page you want to use with your stylesheet should include that <link> code. If done correctly your entire site can be set up with the same style sheet.
*Anytime you want to change your site all you have to do is change that stylesheet.

I really like the 5th entry. Being able to put text and an image together is really useful and also very attractive. I could definitely see myself using this in the future to create a graphic or use it for a flyer.

I liked the first entry of the diffuse effect. Learning different things to do in photoshop always interests me, and I really liked this one.
